These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FlashSwipe (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

1. Use of the App

 

 

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to:

 

• abuse, disrupt, or attempt to hack the service

• upload illegal or harmful content

• misuse subscriptions or referral codes

 

 

 

2. Accounts

 

 

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us.

 

 

3. Subscriptions (Pro Membership)

 

 

• Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly/yearly) via the App Store.

• Pricing may vary by region and is shown inside Apple’s purchase screen.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage/cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

• If a refund is needed, it is handled by Apple under App Store policies.

 

 

 

4. Content You Create

 

 

If you add words/lists, you retain ownership of your content. You grant the App permission to store and display it for providing the service.

 

 

5. Disclaimer

 

 

FlashSwipe is an educational tool. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. The App is provided “as is”.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashSwipe is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profits resulting from your use of the App.

 

 

7. Changes to the App or Terms

 

 

We may update features or these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
